Our menu changes on a weekly basis and is merely a standard meal plan that you can order to be prepared. The menu can be personalized to how much Carbohydrates, Fat and Protein your body needs in order to feel and function at it's optimum.

Calorie allotment of the meals can be adjusted to fit your individual requirements depending on your age, sex, size and whether you would like to maintain, lose or gain weight.
If you have any allergies or food sensitivities, meals are prepared carefully with consideration to your nutritional requirements and preferences.
Seasonal produce is very important to us when it comes to planning our menu. We try to include as much seasonal items as possible to keep our menu as fresh and nutrient dense as possible.
